Cancellation/Refund Policy

The term '' or 'SportsWave' or 'us' or 'we' or 'our' refers to the owner of the website whose office is "Wave Sports Pvt. Ltd., B-32, Plot No. - 3, Ayudh Nagar, Sector - 13, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110078" registered at New Delhi. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

  1. SportsWave helps you book sports facilities (grounds and courts) which SportsWave has leased out. SportsWave does not own these facilities but reserves the right to use these sports facilities.

    SportsWave will issue a valid booking receipt / ticket. In the event of cancellation of a booking, we will refund and provide support to you in accordance with the stated Cancellation Policy. Additionally we shall provide support and information to customers in case of inconvenience.

    Additionally, SportsWave cannot be held liable for:

    • Ground being not in playing condition or quality of the ground being below the customer's expectation.
    • Injury sustained by any player or visitor at the venue.
    • Cancellation of booking by SportsWave due to unavoidable reasons.
    • Customer's property or playing equipment getting lost, stolen, damaged or experiencing change of any kind.
    • Quality and number of sports equipments provided by SportsWave.

  2. At the time of booking, you will have to pay SportsWave for availing services. The charges include:

    • 100% of the total rent of the sports facility booked. OR
    • The price of one-off match 'e-tickets' bought by the customer. AND
    • Price of any additional feature or service customer agrees to avail.

  3. Customers are required to furnish the following at the time of using the sports facility:

    • The booking receipt (booking SMS or the print out of the booking receipt e-mail).
    • Valid identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card) that is not expired.

    If customer fails to present in any of these documents he / she may not allowed to use the sports facility.

  4. The Customer agrees to receive a SMS for booking confirmation even if the customer has subscribed for the DND policy. Customer cannot hold us liable for any violation of DND policy on receipt of confirmation SMS.

  5. In the event that a booking confirmation e-mail or SMS is delayed or fails due to unavoidable reasons or because an incorrect e-mail ID / phone number was provided by the user etc, the booking will be considered 'confirmed' as long as it shows up on the confirmation page.

  6. Customer accepts that a modification will be treated as a cancellation of a previous booking in accordance with the Cancellation Policy and a new booking for the revised itinerary will be registered.

  7. Customer accepts the Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Security Policy. The following is the usual cancellation fee:

    • Up to 72 hours before your booking: No charge (fully refundable)
    • Less than 72 hours and up to 24 hours before your booking: 50% of Amount
    • Less than 24 hours: 100% of Amount

  8. Due to new TRAI guidelines, you may not get the SMS for your booking and cancellation. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
